Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 July 2026.
Bazah ("Bazah", "we", "us") provides software for running a business. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: privacy@bazah.org.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email, and authentication details.
- Business data you enter: your products, prices, sales, customers, documents, and similar records you create to run your business.
- Payment data: when you accept payments, they are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Location: only when you use a feature that needs it (such as geofenced check-in), and with your device's permission.
- Device and usage: basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
To provide, secure, and improve the service you asked for, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to run Bazah: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Google (AI assistance and optional sign-in), and Netlify (hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.
Retention and your rights
You can access and correct your data in the app. You can delete your account and data at any time from Account, or read how at bazah.org/delete-account. Some records may be retained where the law requires (for example, financial records), detached from your identity.
Security, children, and changes
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Bazah is not directed to children. We will post any changes to this policy here with a new date.
