The service
Bazah provides software to run a business: catalog, sales, payments, documents, and related tools. We may add, change, or remove features.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for your account and for the data you enter. Your business data is yours; you grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you. Do not use Bazah for anything unlawful.
Payments
Payments you accept from your customers are processed by third-party providers under their terms. Any fees Bazah charges will be shown to you before they apply.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. Bazah is a tool for running your business; you remain responsible for your business decisions and legal obligations.
Termination
You may stop using Bazah and delete your account at any time from Account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the law.
